Mona Lisa and a Hot Date!

The following pictures are called, "How many creepy faces can Sloane make?!"

Saturday night we got to go to the Mona Lisa Fondue Restaurant with our friends. It was so yummy and we had a great time. We finished off the evening with a trip to Fred Meyer and shopping for a 15 passenger van since our friends are expecting their 7th. We decided the van goes under the "things you'd never guess you'd want in a million years when you were younger" category. Good Times.

Cooking Lessons and Build a Bear!

This week has been busy! Jo gave Courtney cooking lessons this week, and they did such a great job! They did three lunches for us: Octopus Hot Dogs with Ramen Noodle Seaweed, Shape Sandwiches, and Waffles. It was a treat for us, and good to see the girls work together. At the end of the week the girls had saved enough to go to the mall. We went on Friday morning and Jo bought herself a new sweatshirt for school and Courtney and Sunshine got Build a Bears. It was a fun morning!

Proud to be an American

So we experienced a little technical difficulty with our music player! Evidently it was playing Lee Greenwood's "Proud to be an American" when it was supposed to be playing Phil Vassar's "Just Another Day in Paradise". And while I am ever so proud to be an American, that just wasn't the song I had picked! Problem solved and we are back in business.

Jo at Cooking Class

Jo and her friend Celisa had their final cooking class today, making our famous Chicken Divan! They had a blast and it was delicious!

Sassy and McKenna before the dance!

Sassy and her friend McKenna went to the dance together on Saturday night and had a blast! Also, Sassy got her first Build A Bear from a friend when they went to the mall today!

Our weekend at the cabin with friends!

We got to go up to Donnelly with our friends for a few days of R&R and had so much fun despite the rain and cold we had! We went to the Gold Fork Hot Springs which was a blast, and to the fish hatchery and Ice Cream Alley in McCall. The adults even got to sneak away to see GI Joe on Friday night in Cascade!
